Since we developed the front Brembo kit, #602, we wanted to make a kit that would match it both in performance and looks to fit the rear on a MKIII machine. We decided to work with a 270mm full floating disc and designed the carrier and disc to match the front. The brake rotor, just like the front, is made out of stainless steel to give you optimum stopping power during any conditions. The carrier is CNC machined out of billet aluminum and them chromed for easy maintenance and stunning looks. To mount the disc to the Commando hub we include aircraft grade stainless steel ARP 12 point bolts. For optimum performance and weight savings we opted for a Brembo 2 piston caliper to perfectly fit the smaller disc. The relocating bracket, that allows you to use the stock MKIII caliper carrier, is also CNC machined and then chromed. The Brembo caliper is also chromed. A braided stainless steel line connects the caliper to the brake light bulkhead. From there is a hard stainless line finishing the connection to the master cylinder. We are using a reduced diameter master cylinder made by Al Miles to ensure maximum pressure with the limited range of motion from the brake pedal. This master cylinder is also made out of stainless steel. To mount the master Al Miles also makes the billet aluminum mount for the master cylinder. We show polish this piece to match the rest of the kit. Included in the kit is a new brake fluid reservoir, cap and bellow. To transfer the pressure from the brake pedal we use an assembly made from stainless steel. The result is a perfectly matched, light weight, high performance brake system that will enhance any MKIII rear end. The only parts you will keep from your old brake system is the brake light switch bulkhead and your original brake pedal.

• 300 mm full floating disc

• Fork leg bracket allows you to install the 4 piston caliper to your Norton fork leg. This piece is CNC milled and then chromed.
